The Province of Surrey Mark Master Masons invites you to a black-tie Charity Ball at Wotton House Hotel and Country Estate. Set in 13 acres of parkland in the Surrey Hills, it is the Province's grandest night of the year, and it is open to everyone.
All proceeds from the evening will go to three Surrey charities supporting young people:
- Cherry Trees (East Clandon)
- Surrey Young Carers (Action for Carers, Surrey)
- Surrey Army Cadets

The evening
Wotton House
A Grade II* listed country house dating from the seventeenth century, set in 13 acres of parkland in the Surrey Hills. Guildford Road, Dorking RH5 6HS.

This year the Ball supports three Surrey charities working with young people. Every pound raised on the night goes to them.
Cherry Trees
Cherry Trees supports children with learning, physical and sensory impairments, and gives their families a real break from round-the-clock care. Day visits, overnight stays and activities at its care facility in East Clandon, near Guildford, help families before they reach crisis point. cherrytrees.org.uk
Surrey Young Carers
Action for Carers Surrey supports unpaid carers across the county, many of them under 18 and caring for a family member. Its young carers service helps them feel more in control of their lives and less alone. actionforcarers.org.uk
Surrey Army Cadets
Surrey Army Cadets helps young people build confidence and learn to work as a team. In the past year its 575 cadets, supported by more than 170 volunteers, have trained in the Bavarian mountains, run camps across the county and helped at community events. armycadets.com

Book your place
Tickets are £89 per person and include the drinks reception, a three-course dinner with wine, live entertainment and dancing. Dress is black tie; a lounge suit is welcome. Booking is through a short online form, which asks for dietary requirements and seating preferences.
By train
Dorking Main and Dorking Deepdene stations, with regular Southern and GWR services, are a short taxi ride from the house.
By car
Complimentary parking on site. Wotton House is just off the A25 between Dorking and Guildford.
Staying over
Rooms at the hotel include use of the leisure centre and spa. Numbers are limited, so book early.

Local businesses are already backing the evening, and there is room for more. Sponsorship starts at £250, and every sponsor is recognised in our publication to more than 500 members, on this page and on the night itself. A raffle or auction prize is just as welcome.
